A fishing permit for the River Severn can be purchased in town or head downstream to try your skills in a coracle. Visit National Trust properties such as Benthall Hall, Dudmaston and Attingham Park, or the historic town of Shrewsbury and pretty Much Wenlock. Walkers can join numerous paths from the property and in the Shropshire Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This landscape of rolling hills and river valleys offers scenic cycling, golf and hang gliding, to mention just a few of the activities in the area. Park the car and stroll down to this lovely shepherd s hut with all your home comforts in the most magical of settings amongst woodland and rolling countryside.
