The nearby towns of Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth boast fantastic seafood restaurants and shopping, and there are also a wealth of trips and activities just nearby including National Trust properties, Woodlands Adventure Park, and the historic Burgh Island, reached via the sea tractor when the tide is in. Step inside this stunning reverse level property where you will find yourself in the ground floor entrance hall. On this floor, you will find all four bedrooms which include two bright and airy king size bedrooms, one of which features a lovely en suite shower and WC. There is also a super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request) and a bunk bedroom, featuring a single bed on top of a double bed.
