A selection of amenities can be found in the riverside walled town of Wareham, or why not plan a trip out on the water with boats, paddle boards and kayaks available for hire. The Jurassic coast is within easy reach. Spend the day in the traditional town of Swanage or visit the unspoilt beaches at Studland and Kimmeridge. This detached property is accessed via an entrance door at the rear, which leads into an inner hallway. Immediately to the left is a useful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Walking further into the hallway you will find a second utility area, with a microwave and a separate WC next door. Straight ahead of you is the kitchen. This well equipped space has a gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Just next door is the dining room, with TV and a lovely outlook over the garden, this is the ideal space for leisurely family meals. Next is the cosy lounge, which has a wood burner and TV, perfect for cosy evenings in. A doorway leads into a light and bright conservatory with views of the pond. Heading upstairs to the first floor you can choose between four bedrooms. There is a cosy single, comfortable twin a double and a king size with an en suite shower and WC. Completing the accommodation is a bathroom with separate shower, bath and WC. Heading outside you will find expansive grounds to the side of the property. There is a large area of lawn complete with a large unenclosed pond. Care is to be taken with children and pets. An area of patio with covered seating is a great spot for dining al fresco or why not exercise your four legged friends in the paddock beyond. A shepherd s hut is also set within the grounds, this is not for guests' use, but makes a pretty addition. Younger guests will enjoy the tree house or perhaps a ball game on the lawn.
