Clovelly, a unique cliffside fishing village that is privately owned and has remained unchanged for many years, is well worth a visit. The larger towns of Bude and Bideford offer a wide range of shops, restaurants and amenities, and Bude also offers a splash pool and ten pin bowling centre, tennis courts, and a pretty canal. Walk through the shared front garden and through your own garden gate to the side door and you step into the spacious kitchen/diner, equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and many useful extras; everything you need for a comfortable home away from home. The dining area seats four comfortably. Continue walking through and you ll reach the lounge, made extra cosy with a wood burner. Here, you can sit back and relax on the sofa and make use of the Smart TV. The bedrooms and bathroom are accessed via the cottage style stairs from the lounge and consist of one double with TV and one single with an additional pull out single bed. The bathroom completes the accommodation with a shower over bath and WC. Stepping outside you will find a peaceful, fully enclosed garden with a table, chairs, and charcoal BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining. A real highlight of this property is watching the birds and swallows that return here year after year a delight to see from the garden.
