The nearby seaside town of Findhorn is extremely popular in the summer months, with many visitors taking to the beach and enjoying various watersports and boat trips in the bay. As you enter the property into the vestibule area to the left you will find a spacious lounge which contains a multifuel stove and a Smart TV, the perfect spot to curl up and watch a film after a day exploring the local area. Moving through the house there is a dining room with a feature fireplace and a comfortable sofa where you can look forward to socialising and enjoying some food and drink with your loved ones. The kitchen is located at the back of the house and contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a small breakfast table that seats four people where you can enjoy your morning coffee and perhaps a bite to eat before you head out for the day. A chic shower room and WC completes the ground floor. As you head upstairs on the first floor is where all of the bedrooms are located. Each of the three double rooms are of ample size and have been tastefully decorated with a statement wall colour.
