The town of Barnstaple is a 10 mile drive and has a range of leisure facilities, such as a swimming pool and cinema, perfect for a rainy day. Other attractions close by include Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Exmoor National Park, National Trust s Arlington Court, Marwood Hill Gardens and miles of coast path perfect for walking. Step inside the beautiful property through the conservatory entrance where you will be greeted by plenty of seating for relaxing and can enjoy the sunshine beaming in. Moving through the entrance hall to the right will bring you to the spacious living room, complete with a Smart TV and wood burner, perfect for those cosy evenings after a long day whilst you catch up on some entertainment. The next room off the entrance hall is a convenient utility room with a washing machine and WC and the last room on the ground floor is a stunning kitchen and dining area, the perfect spot to cook up a family meal with plenty of space for all guests to eat together in front of the second wood burner.
