1 bedroom king size 1 shower room with rainfall shower and WC. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Smart TV in the lounge. Private seating area directly outside the property and further shared seating areas in the grounds. Shared hot tub,available 2.00pm 8.00pm daily . Use of the shared outdoor swimming pool Open from the last Friday in May mid September each year weather dependant Pool open between 2.00pm 8.00pm daily.. The National Trust s Wimpole Hall is within easy reach, as is the beautiful Audley End House which hosts shows and open air concerts throughout the year. There is a local wildlife park featuring exotic animals including tigers which is a mile away, and for the history lovers among you, head to the Imperial War Museum at Duxford which has regular air displays throughout the year and is where you can see the Lancaster, Spitfire, Vulcan, and Concorde planes up close (7 miles). You enter this charming and cosy property via the front door which leads you through into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has a comfortable two seater sofa and armchair which face the Smart TV. There is also a dining table with two chairs which is ideal for breakfast, lunch, or an evening meal together should you wish to dine in. The kitchen area has everything the foodies among you need to prepare a meal, with its electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The king size bedroom leads off from the lounge with plenty of storage for your personal items and the shower room with WC leads off from the bedroom. Outside and to the front of the property, you have a table and two chairs and there is also an enclosed shared seating area with a table and chairs if you do have a dog this is the perfect spot for them to stretch their legs. There are further shared areas around the owner s grounds with furniture provided, and by prior arrangement with the owner. There is a shared social area with a TV, sofas, and a small gym which includes a treadmill, cross trainer, exercise bike, and some resistance equipment. The shared outdoor swimming pool and shared hot tub are available daily between 2.00pm 8.00pm and is accessible for guests by prior arrangement with the owner on your arrival at the property.There is private off road parking for up to two vehicles..
