The River Wye meanders along the base of the valley, where you ll also find the peaceful village of Tintern, famed for the ruins of Tintern Abbey. Chepstow is nearby, a bustling town with a good selection of pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes, and is steeped in history with a castle that is the oldest surviving post Roman stone fortification in Britain. The area is also rich in heritage, with many castles including Goodrich, Monmouth, and Raglan Castle. When the day is done you will find two bedrooms. Although the accommodation is set for two, you can take advantage of both rooms, a double room with an en suite with a shower and WC, and a twin room with a separate shower and WC.
