The edge of Dartmoor is within 5 miles where you can walk, trek, cycle or horse ride amongst breathtaking scenery or simply take a picnic and relax. For beach days, you can take you pick multiple beaches on the north and south coasts of Cornwall can be accessed within 30 miles. Enter the property into a hallway with space for you to drop off your shoes and coats. Just off the hallway is the kitchen with a gas range cooker, microwave, small coffee pod machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer; everything you need to cook up a meal to enjoy together. Back out in the hallway, there is a useful utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC. The dining room has plenty of seating and is full of light, a perfect spot to sit and eat at any time of the day. Heading into the lounge, you can cosy up by the wood burner on the sofas and bean bags. Put your favourite shows on the Smart TV or enjoy playing a board game together. On a warm day, you can open up the patio doors to let in the fresh air and enjoy the views across the garden. Moving up the stairs, there are three bedrooms comprising two double rooms, and a bunk room. The front two rooms have their own Juliette balconies enjoying panoramic views down the Tamar Valley. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower over the bath and a WC. Up a further staircase is the master super king size bedroom boasting stunning country views from the Velux windows plus an en suite with a shower and WC. There is also a handy study that adjoins this bedroom. Outside, there is a beautiful enclosed garden laid to lawn with garden furniture, BBQ and firepit.
