Large orchard style garden, partially enclosed with various seating area and a small stream (children to be supervised at all times). 2 dogs welcome. Please note that, due to the angle of the drive, a dog may be able to get under the driveway gate, so the garden is not fully secure for dogs. The water supply for this property comes from a spring on the fells that is filtered and checked on an annual basis. Pub 2 miles. Off road parking for 3 cars on driveway.

Here you ll find the king size bedroom with stunning views of Skiddaw, and the twin room with views of the garden, both of which are spacious and tastefully decorated. Outside, there is a large orchard style garden. There are several places to sit quietly or dine al fresco, whilst enjoying the beautiful views.
