Accommodation Details
2 bedrooms 1 super king size (can be made up as twin if requested at time of booking), 1 double. 1 shower room access via step and with internal step. Under counter oven and halogen hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Wood burner. Heated by storage heaters and electric panel radiators. TV/DVD in lounge, 1 TV in the master bedroom. Wi Fi included. Please note towels are not provided. Patio garden with bench with step. Shared pathway through other properties gardens to parking area one private parking space.. Allocated off road parking. We don t currently have an EV charger available at 2 Low Glenridding and we do ask guests to refrain from charging their cars using the standard household sockets for safety reasons. There is a public charging point in the car park adjacent to the property, as well as further charging points at Rheged Discovery Centre. Shops, restaurants and pubs within 1 mile.

Wander down to the lakeside and hop on a traditional Ullswater Steamer which journeys between Glenridding, Pooley Bridge and Howtown and can also drop you off at Aira Force (3 miles) where you can discover the tumbling waterfall. Further afield, close to Windermere Lake, Kirkstone Pass is 7.5 miles from home and the place to visit if you re a keen mountain biker. Make your way through the courtyard and into the welcoming kitchen/diner which boasts terrific views up to Glenridding Dodd and has all you need to cater for every occasion. Spacious and light, spend time at the table with a morning brew and a ponder over a map of the local area to make plans for the day ahead. With seating for four guests, enjoy communal meals at the dining table and time spent together. For some downtime, switch on the TV or pop your favourite DVD on and sit back, relax and stay warm by the wood burner. On the odd rainy day or evenings in, get competitive over a board game or a puzzle. Climb stairs to the first floor where the two bedrooms await and offer comfortable spaces in which to drift off. One is configured as a super king (which can be made as a twin on request at time of booking), the other is a double; both rooms are light and bright with a lovely, calm ambience. Step down from each room to the shower room. Boasting wonderful, dramatic views, the patio garden is a great place to sip tipples and fill your lungs with fresh air. Sharing a path with other cottages on the terrace, wander down to the car in your designated parking space..
