Stay close to home and stroll up to Castlerigg Stone Circle (2 miles) for wonderful views or wander down to Lodore Falls (4 miles) and up to Surprise View. Reward the day s efforts with a delicious meal out at one of Keswick s many eateries before watching a show at Theatre by the Lake or heading to the local cinema. Head through the front door and into the hallway where you can leave boots and jackets after walks. Make your way into the open plan lounge/diner and settle on the sofas in front of the pebble effect gas fire.
