Partially enclosed rear and side garden with table and chairs children to be supervised. Parking outside the property. Regret no pets please note that, although pets are not accepted at the cottage, the property is not fully pet free and so may not suit allergy sufferers. Pubs within half a mile, shops 5 miles away in Keswick. The property sleeps 5 adults 1 child. The additional bed is a pull out trundle bed and is only suitable for a child.

Keswick is home to plenty of places to keep little ones entertained which are perfect for rainy days, including a cinema where you can catch a movie. Just 12 miles away is the gorgeous lake at Ullswater, make the trip and hop on a cruise on a traditional Ullswater Steamer for a wonderful day out on the water. Arrive at this bolthole and head inside via the steps and the front door. If you re returning from muddy adventures, a handy side entrance is perfect for ensuring you don t leave a trail of footprints throughout the home as you can leave outerwear in the utility room. Make your way through to the lounge where a comfortable corner sofa awaits, and you can spy views across to Clough Head and Threlkeld Fell. Throw a log on the open fire and unbox a board game for a competitive game with fellow guests or relax in front of the TV/DVD. A second place to relax can be found in the open plan living space where the kitchen, diner and second lounge/snug await. Filled with natural light and stylish, neutral tones, the kitchen area boasts fantastic views. It is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and under counter fridge. Dine in style around the dining table with more lovely views before putting your feet up and curling up by the second wood burner. Also on this floor is a handy WC. Heading upstairs, three bedrooms are lovely spaces in which to drift off for the night. The king size, twin and single bedrooms welcome you to enjoy a peaceful sleep. The king size bedroom offers views over the pony field to Clough Head and Threlkeld Fell whilst the twin and single room have views of the Blencathra range. The single bedroom offers a pull out, single bed for an additional child. Completing this floor is the family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
