There is a landline phone for emergency use please leave donations at the cottage to cover call costs . Private water supply. Ample parking for up to 4 cars. Garden. 'Cubben Arms' summerhouse used as games room and bar. Shops and pubs within 1 mile. Please note that following Storm Arwen the forestry commission has been felling the trees behind the property.. Proceed with care when approaching the cottage in low bodied cars as the farm track is uneven in places.
