Double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Automated Biomass central heating. There is underfloor heating in the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Freeview TV and DVD player there is access to a variety of apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime.. Wi Fi included. Open fire with initial supply or logs provided. Regret no pets. Games barn with snooker table and table tennis. 2 patio areas with furniture and BBQs. Off road parking for 4 cars; 7kw charger for electric or hybrid vehicles available. The garden contains a pond and stream children must be supervised at all times. Please note there are 8 stone steps from the parking area to the front door and both house and garden are multi level, so this cottage may not be suitable for those with limited mobility..
