Accommodation Details
4 bedrooms 1 en suite king size, 1 king size, 1 double and 1 single. 2 bathrooms 1 en suite shower room with WC and 1 bathroom with bath and WC . Oil fired oven, electric hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. TV and DVD player. Towels are not provided. Open fire ( coal provided ). Wi Fi is provided and guests will be able to receive signal if they have access to 4G.. 1 dog welcome. Enclosed patio. Off road parking for several cars on the cobbled farmyard. Please do not obstruct the farmer's access to barns and fields. Water supply is from a mountain spring therefore water pressure can be lower than normal. Pub 0.5 miles, shop 3.5 miles. Please note: 2023 Christmas bookings will be the 21st December arrival and for New years bookings will be the 28th December.
