A couple of steps down from the lounge leads you through to the bright and airy sun room, which houses a sofa bed for a further two guests. This is a perfect spot for keen birdwatchers, with tranquil views out across the garden and towards the distant mountains. Exploring the property further, there are two delightful bedrooms a twin and a double each with a TV and fantastic views across the garden and towards the distant fells. The double room has a window through to the sun room. The bungalow also has a stylish family shower room complete with a walk in shower and WC. Patio doors lead outside from the sun room and onto the patio, which makes a delightful spot for sitting back with a glass of wine and taking in the stunning views. The large garden surrounds the house and has plenty of lawn areas often visited by rabbits which provide plenty of space for children to play and dogs to run. Please note, the garden is not fully enclosed, and there s a steep slope between the different levels, so children and dogs should always be supervised.
