Closer still, the town of Salcombe is just five miles away and offers a huge range of activities, including kayak and dinghy hire, a powerboat school, a gin distillery, and a range of shops and eateries. This single storey property has been lovingly styled and offers a wonderful place for a family getaway. On entering the property, guests will find the light filled lounge diner, with its open fire, TV/DVD, comfortable seating and dining table seating six which enjoys a lovely bright position next to the patio doors, overlooking the garden. The kitchen is just next door and offers an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Three steps down from the lounge lead to the bright and sunny conservatory, where there is plenty of seating from which to enjoy the views over the garden. One of the bedrooms is accessed via the conservatory, which also offers a TV and down three steps, a pretty double room with en suite shower and WC. The other two bedrooms are a king size room and a double. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside is a lovely enclosed garden, which is mainly set to lawn, with a patio area close to the house where guests will find a table and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ.
