Wi Fi included. Electric fire. Patio area with outdoor seating, as well as access to shared grounds. Off road parking for 1 car. Dedicated EV charging points are going to be installed very soon, but until then, please refrain from charging your cars from the property there are several EV charging points nearby, at Booths and Morrisons in Penrith. 2 dogs welcome. Complex of properties. Pub and restaurant less than 100 metres, shop 1 mile. Please note there are 3 steps to the cottage entrance and then the property is on the ground floor.

The property is perfect for those who love to get outdoors, with fabulous walking routes in every direction. Stroll hand in hand along the majestic River Eden or pull on your hiking boots and climb Cross Fell (6 miles), the highest mountain in the Pennines. Journey to Ullswater (12 miles) for iconic Lake District scenery; glide across the water on one of the steamers or scale the surrounding fells for jaw dropping views. Three steps lead to this stylish apartment and, once inside, the accommodation is all on one level. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is chic and elegant, with vibrant artwork, feature wallpaper and quirky light fittings creating a boutique hotel vibe.
