Terrace area with furniture and charcoal BBQ. Shared outdoor play area. Off road parking for 1 car available in a shared car park not far from the property. Dog must be kept on a lead whilst on the estate. Regret unloading is not possible directly outside of the property. Private water supply. Beach 15 miles, shops and pubs 4 miles.
