2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Wi Fi is included . Smart TV in lounge. Wood burner (initial supply of logs included). Complex of 3 properties. Ample off road parking. Woodland walk on site. Beach 10 miles, pub, and shop within walking distance. Decked area with seating Fishing two ponds, the larger pond is well stocked with Carp and Tench. Some of the Carp weigh well into double figures and are in excellent condition (barbless hooks only). The smaller pond is not stocked but provides a fantastic habitat for wildlife.

The Cornish seaside resort of Bude is just 11 miles away, with its choice of sandy beaches, a tidal pool, a range of shops and cafes, a leisure centre and a mini golf course. To the north of the property, the village of Clovelly (11 miles) offers a delightful location for a day out with its cobbled streets, a fishing quay, small beach, traditional fishermen s cottages and an interesting heritage museum. Other places of interest in the area include the harbour town of Bideford (14 miles), The Big Sheep Adventure Park (12.5 miles) and RHS Rosemoor (16 miles).
