Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Welcome pack on arrival. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Smart TV in lounge and both bedrooms. Enclosed patio area with furniture and charcoal BBQ there is a gate that can be locked between both properties. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure cycle store. Beach 2 miles, shop, pub, restaurant within 1 mile. Please note the cottage is at the side of the B1242 although is double glazed and has reflective windows .
