Access the cottage down three stone steps from the driveway and enter through the side patio area into the hallway. Turn right for the spacious, open plan kitchen/diner with a feature wood burner. Here you have everything you need to prepare hearty meals with a double gas hob and double electric oven, American style fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine. A TV on the wall will keep the cook entertained and the large dining table is perfect for a sociable dinner together. The utility cupboard is located on the patio housing a tumble dryer. Head back to the hallway and into the lounge with comfortable seating where you can relax for a movie night on the smart TV. Pass through the arch into the bright and airy sunroom with a window offering lovely views of the garden and the open countryside to the hills beyond.
