Smart TV and DVD in the lounge, TV in the twin bedroom. Large, raised garden with steps down to a sunken patio with seating and a charcoal BBQ. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shops, and pubs 2 miles, beach 3 miles. Please note: Children should take care due to a low stone wall with a drop in the top part of the garden. Please note: Due to being in a rural area, phone signal and Wifi (maximum 5Mb speed) can be intermittent.

There are many secluded coves nearby including Speke s Mill (5 miles) and Hartland Quay (4 miles). However, if you want to enjoy a traditional day at the beach with soft sand and a range of facilities, the beaches of Westward Ho! and Bude are both within 16 miles of the property. For a family fun visit, The BIG Sheep (13 miles) and Milky Way Adventure Parks (5 miles) are also close by. This end of terrace former grain store is part of a small select development and exudes charm and character with apex ceilings, exposed beams and French doors opening onto the patio. Enter a light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and relax in the lounge where you can settle in for a snug evening with a refreshing drink and a film on the Smart TV with DVD.
