Within 8 miles, you will be spoilt for choice with the stunning beaches which include the award winning beach of Woolacombe with its 3 miles of sandy beach, and you also have Croyde which is renowned to be the mecca for surfing. Closer still is the stunning Saunton Sands which is very popular with surfers and anyone that enjoys relaxing in the sand dunes. Looking a bit further, but still only 15 miles away, is Exmoor National Park with its moorland and woodland walks and the beautiful Lynton and Lynmouth, known as Little Switzerland.
