Electric radiators care must be taken as these can get very hot. TV/DVD in ground floor lounge, TV/DVD and iPod dock in first floor snug. Wi Fi included. 1 free car pass for pay and display car parks in Aberdyfi the nearest is within 200m. Beach, pubs, shops and restaurants within 0.25 miles. Please note both flights of stairs have limited handrails. Please note the back door opens directly onto the road.

The Dyfi Estuary is a great favourite for a range of water sports and activities including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing, and Aberdyfi holds regular yachting regattas in the summer. There s also a wide variety of independent shops, pubs and restaurants serving local seafood, and the village makes a wonderful base for eager walkers and nature lovers discovering the stunning southern expanses of the magnificent Snowdonia National Park.
