Also well positioned for the village s shops and eateries, the four storey property boasts five bedrooms and can sleep up to ten guests, making it perfect for an extended family break or a getaway for two families together. Take a canine companion along with you too and enjoy beautiful walks through Snowdonia: embark on a circular, 10 mile walk from the village, through the hills to Llyn Barfog or the Bearded Lake. Drive 9.5 miles into the national park to see the Dolgoch Falls. Open the front door of this handsome holiday home and find yourselves in an entrance hall leading to the bright kitchen/diner. Spread out and enjoy this large space, where you can watch the wall mounted TV, cook together and perch at the breakfast bar for a chat over a glass of chilled wine. The kitchen area features a double electric oven and gas hob, large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, slimline wine cooler, toaster and kettle and there is a long dining table where you can all gather together to enjoy the fruits of your labour. There is also a useful utility room, with washer/dryer and space for drying damp outdoor gear. Climb the stairs to a small landing leading to a shower room with WC and handbasin, then head on up to the second floor to discover the lounge, with its bay window with window seat, where you can gaze out over the bay, towards the mountains beyond. Watch the Smart TV with Freeview and Sky TV in here too or enjoy a DVD. Find a double bedroom, with small TV also on the first floor. Venture up to the floor above to find a fabulous double bedroom, with dressing room, TV and open en suite shower room with WC and handbasin. There is also a bunk bedroom with 3ft beds. Make your way up to the third floor to find a family shower room with WC and handbasin, and two double bedrooms, one with dressing area and TV with Freeview. There is a small rear yard at the property, with an outside shower for washing off the sand. There is no parking at the house but a pass for the village s pay and display car parks is provided.
