Hire a boat and enjoy the views from water. The sandy beaches of Carbis Bay and Hayle are within 10 miles for a good day out. Located in a great spot to explore West Cornwall, you can find Land s End 20 miles away, whilst the Lizard is 25 miles. The city of Truro is also a 25 mile drive away and offers host of attractions including a modern cathedral and unique shopping experiences. Step inside from your private entrance into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs to cosy up on and watch the Smart TV after a day exploring by foot. There is a dining table with seating for all and the kitchen area is equipped with everything you ll need including electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave as well as a Bose sound system to enjoy whilst creating a Cornish feast with some locally brought produce. There are three bedrooms which comprise of a king size, twin and single. The bedrooms are all beautifully furnished with a stylish interior. The family shower room has shower and WC. Completing the inside is another WC from the living area.
