Wood burner (first basket of logs included from 1st November 30th March). Outside is a beautiful patio area with lawn and outside shower complete with garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars.. 2 dogs welcome. Babes in arms welcome, regret no children aged between 6 months and 4 years old due to layout of the property. Shops and restaurants within 1 mile. Please note there is no enclosed garden area.

Further Details
The coastal village of Polruan is 1 mile away, with a passenger ferry linking the two. Slightly further afield, days out can include trips to Looe and Polperro to the east, and Mevagissey to the west. Walkers will be in their element due to direct access onto a public footpath, and the South West Coast Path nearby. Other attractions accessible from here include the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown and numerous National Trust properties all of which are within 20 miles. Enter into this wonderful large property through the bio fold doors and into a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The large dining table will comfortably seat the whole house and is a fantastic spot for sitting down for a meal and discussing your day. The lounge area boasts large comfortable seating, Smart TV with Freeview and with spectacular views out over the garden and River Fowey beyond, a great spot to watch the passing boats and relax.
