Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and a washing machine. TV/DVD in lounge. Own garden bench and access to charcoal BBQ. Further shared lawn area with outdoor seating. Shared indoor heated swimming pool with sunken hot tub open all year round and sauna (please note sauna is available during off peak season), with use of changing/shower facility and WC. Farm activities guests are welcome to meet the resident donkeys and pony. Sheep and cows also graze the surrounding meadows of the farm. Enclosed outdoor children s play area with swing basket, trampoline, baby swing and picnic benches. Games barn with table tennis, pool table, table football and seating outside on decked area, 18 acres of gardens and paddocks. Off road parking for 2 cars. Beach, shop, and pub 3 miles. Village Post Office and pub 2 miles. Please note the property change over day from 1st January 2023 will be a Friday. Property is located on a working farm. Small complex of 9 charming cottages.

Visit some of North Devon's stunning beaches including the seaside village of Woolacombe (9 miles) which is great for surfers and has 3 miles of golden sands. Looking for adventure, Watermouth Bay is only 2 miles away and there are water activities including coasteering and paddleboarding. Close by there is also a family theme park Watermouth Castle, which is sure to be a fun filled day! This reverse level property has a large open plan lounge and kitchen on the first floor which makes it a lovely social place to stay. Or you could head for the shared indoor heated swimming pool with sunken hot tub. Children can also play in an enclosed outdoor play area with swing basket, trampoline, baby swing and picnic benches, and there s an indoor games barn with table tennis, pool table and table football. There are also 18 acres of gardens and paddocks to explore, making the site a real country retreat ideal for families, friends or couples alike.
