1 double and 1 twin. Bath with shower over and WC. Lounge: with TV with Sky. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Enclosed patio to the front of the property with seating and BBQ, there is also seating at the back of the property which is enclosed. Off road parking for 2 cars. 3 dogs welcome they have the run of the whole of downstairs and two enclosed outside areas, we respectfully ask that no dogs are allowed upstairs in the property, we provide a stair gate. Positioned in the timeless landscape of rural Lancashire, the area is relatively undiscovered but is fast becoming known for its culinary delights with range of popular eateries and gastro pubs nearby. For a cultural experience, explore the two historic market towns of Clitheroe and Longridge, brimming with electric boutiques, fine restaurants and historic treasures. For the adventurous, walk part of the 70 mile Ribble Way, taking in the magnificent unspoilt views. Other local places of interest include Clitheroe Castle, Bowland Wild Boar Park and Browsholme Hall. Further afield, trips to Blackpool, the Lake District or the Yorkshire Dales are a must.
