Gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Smart TV in lounge. Private wood fired hot tub (logs provided). Large decked terrace with outdoor furniture. Parking space for 1 car. Pub and shops 1.5 miles. Wifi. Fly fishing is available by prior arrangement. Complex of lodges. Please note owner provides adequate logs to use hot tub daily, although additional logs can be purchased directly from caretaker. Caretaker can also ensure hot tub is ready for use on day of arrival or after a day out exploring. 10 charge for day of arrival, 5 per additional day, to be organised with caretaker.
