Electric range cooker with 2 ovens and a separate grill, 5 ring hob, dishwasher, double fridge/freezer. Washing machine and dryer. Welcome pack provided Underfloor heating on the ground floor. Smart TV in lounge, TV/DVD player and Xbox. Electric colour changing flame effect fire. Cot and highchair. Hot Tub, snooker table, ping pong table, table football, dartboard, rowing machine. 4 acres of land, large patio area with dining chairs and table, fire pit, gas BBQ, outdoor furniture. 3 dogs welcome, 3 large dog crates are available. Parking for 6 vehicles. 3 miles to restaurants and pubs, and 1 mile to shop. Please note, the garden is fenced around but small dogs may escape if taken off the lead and farm animals are in neighbouring fields.
