Spend the day with some fish and chips at the seaside or get on your walking boots and take the coastal path out to Amroth taking in the beautiful views over Carmarthen Bay. Fans of motor racing may recognise the beach which, due to its size, has been used to set land speed records in the past and the annual Pendine Sands Hot Rod Races take place in May. As you enter the property you are welcomed into a good size hallway with ample space for your coats and boots. The lounge can be found to the left with two comfortable sofas centered around the Smart TV and wood burner. Cosy up around the fire at night and relax after a day of exploring the coast. The dual aspect windows and French doors to the rear create a light and airy space with views out over Carmarthen Bay. Just off the lounge is the open plan kitchen/diner. The dining table can seat six comfortably and enjoys views over the garden. The kitchen is in a country style decor and benefits from a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave. At the back of the kitchen, there is a utility room with a washing machine and access to the garden. Head out of the kitchen and back into the hallway and you will find your three bedrooms and family bathroom. There are two double en suite rooms with shower and WC. Each room is of a generous proportion and has ample space for storing your belongings. The third bedroom is a twin room, perfect for friends sharing or younger guests. The family bathroom has been equipped with a bath with shower attachment, separate freestanding shower, and WC. Externally, the property benefits from a large L shaped garden, wrapping around the rear of the house and befitting from fantastic sea views. There is a patio with dining furniture to enjoy meals al fresco during the warmer months plus a large lawn area for children to play.
