Decked terrace with panoramic views and seating, plus a small courtyard with seating (please note that the decked terrace has steep narrow steps and may not be suitable with those with restricted mobility and children should be supervised when using the steep steps). Parking can be found on the street within 0.25 miles of the property, or in public car parks, local charges apply. Beach, shops, and pubs 0.25 miles. Accessed by steps from the street.

Bring your buckets and spades and enjoy family days on the beach, there are several beaches within easy reach, including the town s main Breakwater Beach (0.5 miles), the peaceful St Mary s Bay (1 mile), and Shoalstone Beach (0.5 miles) with its tidal pool. Further afield, the towns of Torquay (9 miles) and Paignton (5.5 miles) are popular destinations with visitors which can be reached by foot ferry. Other attractions such as Kents Cavern (10 miles), Paignton Zoo (5.5 miles), and Woodlands Adventure Park (10 miles). The front of the property is accessed via a single flight of steps from the road with a level path to the front door. Step inside and you will be greeted by a bright and attractive open plan lounge/diner. The lounge area is a wonderfully relaxing space with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. The dining area is a fantastic space for enjoying mealtimes together around the dining table. Moving to the back of the property is the kitchen, which is well equipped and offers an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a door opening into the little courtyard. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will find two bedrooms, the first bedroom has a king size bed and full sized bunk beds and the second bedroom is a twin. Both rooms have a Smart TV. Completing the first floor is a bathroom which has a shower over the bath, sink and WC. The master bedroom can be found on the second floor and has been built into the eaves of the property. It is a light and airy king size room with Smart TV, stunning views towards the sea and has an en suite containing a shower and WC. There is a decked terrace with outside seating, which boasts the most incredible panoramic views. However, please note the rear decked terrace is accessed via steep narrow steps in common with many Brixham properties that are built into the hillside. This may not suit all and children should be supervised when using the steep steps, however, there is a little courtyard by the kitchen door where you can sit outside with your morning coffee before setting off for the day ahead. Although there is no parking directly outside the property, parking can be found on the street in nearby residential areas (within 0.25 miles) or at public car parks where local charges apply..
