The nearby villages of Appledore and Clovelly are both well worth a visit This delightful cottage is accessed down a flight of stone steps leads you into the welcoming kitchen/diner, well fitted and equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, the dining table and chairs make this a cosy social space. Just off the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer plus sink and storage, and a stylish tiled shower room with a walk in shower enclosure and WC. The warm and comfortable lounge is next with a large feature fireplace with a wood burner (first supply of logs included), a Smart TV, sofas, and underfloor heating, a door leads out to the garden from here. Heading up the stairs to the sleeping accommodation which consists of two spacious bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin. The family bathroom completes the accommodation and has a freestanding bath, with WC and heated towel rail. Stepping outside there is an enclosed paved patio area directly outside the back door with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Steps lead down to a large lawn area, again enclosed and ideal for ball games. There is allocated off road parking for 1 car and a 2nd by special arrangement with the owner..
