Head to St Ives (10 miles) with galleries, restaurants, beaches and picturesque harbour and is easily accessible by a pretty coastal railway. With a welcoming and light entrance, step into the porch and hang up your outerwear. Head through into the beautifully furnished lounge and cosy up on the sofa or choice of armchairs and watch the Smart TV after a ramble on the South West Coast Path. There s also a lovely quiet area to sit and read your favourite book. The dining area has seating for all, so you can plan your day ahead or enjoy a lazy breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with everything you ll need including an electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher. You ll also find the sunroom with comfortable seating and a great social space to catch up with family and friends and an extra fridge/freezer if required. Completing the downstairs is the utility room with a washer/dryer and WC. Upstairs you ll find the double bedroom with a Smart TV and views out to sea, perfect to admire whilst enjoying your morning coffee. The 2ft6 twin bedroom (which can be made up as a king size on request) is spacious, light and has plenty of storage. To complete the accommodation is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
