A hop and a skip will take guests into the lovely old, cobbled town centre lined with shops, pubs, cafes, tearooms and restaurants. Richmond is also famous for its fascinating Norman castle, where walks along the castle walls and down to the River Swale, with its majestic waterfalls, are a real delight. Return from your walk and stop off at the former station for afternoon tea and a well deserved slice of cake. The Station is now home to a cinema, real ale brewery, ice cream parlour and art gallery.
