Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Smart TV in the lounge. Enclosed rear gravelled courtyard with outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ. To the front is a lawn area which you are welcome to use but is not enclosed (pet owners are politely asked to keep dogs on a lead due to sheep, cattle and horses in adjacent fields). Parking for 2 cars with level access from the parking area B. each 8 miles, shop 2.5 miles, pub less than 1 mile. Private water supply. Lower Yeoland Barn (code 60511) is located 200 yards away sleeping 6 guests (book at additional cost).
