There s a comfortable reclining three seater sofa and two armchairs which surround a Smart TV with Sky and a wood burner, making this the perfect environment to put on a movie and cosy up with loved ones. The stylish kitchen is next to the lounge and provides everything you need to feel right at home and prepare meals with a range oven and electric hob, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and combi washer/dryer. For a morning coffee, quick snack or light lunch there is a breakfast bar with two barstools. This property also boasts an area called the orangery which has a second lounging area to relax in with a comfortable sofa and armchair this is also where the dining table is located, seating up to six guests. The orangery is bright, airy, and spacious, perfect for socialising, while looking out into the garden through the wide stretching bi fold doors. There are three bedrooms to choose from. Outside you have a lovely, enclosed garden area which can be accessed through the bi fold doors in the orangery. The garden wraps around the property and there are a total of four patio areas with furniture to relax on. The main patio area can be covered with a pergola which houses a table and six chairs along with a BBQ, the perfect spot to enjoy some al fresco dining.
