2 bedrooms 1 double room and 1 twin room (Jack and Jill style bedrooms). 1 shower room with shower and WC. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and combi washing machine/dryer. TV in the lounge. Enclosed garden and patio area with table and chairs. On street parking is available (subject to availability). Pub, shop and beach less than a mile. Please note there is currently no Wi Fi at the cottage. Steep cottage style staircase and uneven original brick flooring (downstairs).

For a superb day out hire a boat and explore 125 miles of lock free waterways that make up the Broads which can be accessed at Wroxham (14 miles). Cromer (11 miles) and Sheringham (16 miles) offer something for everyone from an array of shops to traditional seaside amusements. The historic cathedral city of Norwich is also within easy reach being just 21 miles away. Walk through the pleasant garden to the front door. As you enter this cosy cottage, you ll find yourself in the lounge, which provides an ideal place to unwind on one of the two comfortable sofas. There is a TV so you need not miss your favourite show even while on your holidays. The cottage retains many original features including exposed beams and an original brick floor. Stroll through to the kitchen and here you have everything you need for a real home away from home feel with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine/dryer. Once a hearty meal has been lovingly prepared, enjoy it at the dining table which is in the kitchen and can seat up to four guests. Completing the downstairs layout is the shower room with a shower and WC. Heading up the steep cottage style staircase, you ll find the two bedrooms a double room which is accessed through the twin bedroom. Please note that as with many old cottages there are areas upstairs with low ceiling heights. Stepping outside, there is an enclosed garden and patio area which is accessed via the backdoor and garden furniture is provided for those who wish to soak up the sun and listen to the birds sing while enjoying a drink or dining alfresco. There is on street parking close to the property (subject to availability)..
