3 bedrooms 1 super king size, 1 double, and 1 triple bunk with double base. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Washing machine and separate fridge/freezer in utility. Smart TV in lounge. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Multi games table in the dining room with additional board games. Outdoor seating in the surrounding enclosed garden. Ample off road parking for 3 cars. Beach 3.5 miles, shop 2.5 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles. Fishing lakes are a short stroll down the fields from the property.. Guests are welcome to fish but please be mindful of children by the water.

Further Details
There is a further array of fishing villages along the coastline to explore, including the likes of Tintagel with its legends of King Arthur, and of course the wonderful fishing village of Port Isaac, both within 10 miles of the property. Upon entering this beautiful bungalow into the hallway, you will notice its light and modern interior. Make your way through to the lounge which, like the rest of the property, is incredibly spacious and provides a comfortable sofa, two separate armchairs and a warming wood burner to enjoy those cosy family nights in front of the Smart TV. Moving onto the kitchen, guests will find they have everything they need including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is also a kitchen island in the centre of the kitchen. Just off this space is a utility/porch area that has a washing machine, a separate additional fridge, and even a dog bed and bowl for those four pawed friends too. From the kitchen, you can proceed to the dining room which provides ample seating for all along with a multi games table and a range of board games. Back through the hallway, you will find the three bedrooms: the master bedroom consists of a super king size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, whilst the final bedroom has a triple bunk with a double bed base. All bedrooms provide ample clothing space. Completing the interior is the family bathroom which has a shower over the bath and a WC. Heading outside into the enclosed garden that surrounds the property, there is plenty of outdoor seating provided for guests to enjoy those sunnier evenings and admire the views over the rolling fields and beyond. In addition to this, guests have the added benefit of having direct access to the lakes a short stroll down from the property and can enjoy a spot of fishing with carp occupying the waters. There is ample off road parking for three cars provided..
