There is an array of scenic walking routes close by but the most well known is the South West Coast Path which you can hope on from Boscastle itself. Also situated close along this glorious coastline are the likes of Tintagel with its legends of King Arthur, and of course the wonderful fishing village of Port Isaac, both within 10 miles of the property. Upon entering the cottage, you will soon notice its upside down arrangement with bedrooms on the lower floor from the front entrance. Making your way up the stairs will bring you to both the lounge and the kitchen/diner. The cosy lounge benefits from a warm wood burner, two comfortable sofas, and a Smart TV, the perfect combination for a family movie night in. Going on through to the kitchen/diner, you will notice it s well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher; there is also a washing machine in the utility room situated just off the kitchen. Enjoy a meal or a family card game around the dining table that provides ample space for all guests. The bedrooms all vary in size to allow for guest preferences. The master bedroom contains a king size bed and has the added luxury of an en suite shower room with shower and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed whilst the third bedroom is a twin room with two single beds; all bedrooms provide ample storage space. Completing the interior of this home from home is the family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. This pretty home provides a spacious enclosed back garden with comfortable outdoor seating allowing guests to really relax after a day exploring the coast.
