Enclosed garden laid to lawn with established bushes and shrubs, seating and a separate fire pit area. Private parking. Pub and shop within 2 miles, beach 1.5 miles. Narrow staircase to first floor. Please note the bedrooms are located in the eaves so there is some reduced head height in paces.

As you enter the cottage, you are welcomed into the open plan lounge and dining room. There's a comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater sofa nestled around the Smart TV and wood burner perfect for cosy evenings. The dining table offers ample space to relax over a meal together after a busy day exploring the coast or you can simply open a board game and enjoy quality time together. The kitchen is situated to the rear of the cottage with contemporary white units, a Rayburn stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. Completing the ground floor is the family shower room with a walk in shower and WC. Narrow stairs lead to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms, the first being a king size, with views out over the countryside and storage for clothes and belongings. The second is a lovely twin room with storage and views over the fields. Externally, there is a generous enclosed garden with mature bushes and shrubs, a large lawn area plus a separate fire pit area set at the top end of the garden. Sit around with friends or family after a day exploring the county, light the fire and look out over the neighbouring fields and countryside.
