Loch Earn is 6 miles from the cottage, with a variety of water sports on offer including paddleboarding, kayaking and sailing, and salmon and trout fishing (permits available in village post office). Being on the edge of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, the hikes and cycle routes are endless! Step off the patio and into the sunroom, a perfect place to relax in the evening sun after a long day of exploring the wonderful area. Through into the cosy living room with a wood burner (first basket of logs provided) and comfortable sofas. The compact but well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, and there s a utility room with a washing machine, dryer and spare freezer. On the ground floor is the modern family bathroom with a shower over bath. The master bedroom is to the back of the house with a comfy double bed, storage space and an en suite shower room with a shower and WC. On the first floor there is a twin room, perfect for the children with views of the garden and hills, and a second double with plenty of hanging wardrobe space. Outside, there is garden furniture to enjoy al fresco dining and drinks whilst the dogs run around the garden.
