Balcony with table and chairs, gravelled area with BBQ and fire pit area, access to stream down private path, small decking area to the front of the property with seating. Private parking for 1 car 100 yards away, no vehicular access directly at property due to location. Lockable storage for bikes. Shop 3.5 miles and pub 1.25 miles. Shared on site laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.
