Enjoy a visit to the historic town of Cockermouth, the birthplace of William Wordsworth, (7.5 miles), or the bustling town of Keswick (12 miles) has numerous attractions including Theatre on the Lake, as well as ghyll scrambling, canyoning, kayaking or paddleboarding available. As you enter the property, you will find yourself in the traditional country style kitchen with a tiled floor, informal dining and some storage for coats and muddy walking boots. There are two steps from the kitchen down into the hallway and off the hallway, there is a lobby area with access out to the garden and a handy WC. Further along the hallway down one step, you will find yourself in the welcoming lounge.
