Electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer in utility room. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Smart TV in lounge and TV in the snug area and some of the bedrooms. Wood burner with (first basket of logs provided). Terrace with seating and lawned area. Shop 4 miles, beach 2.5 miles, and pub within 1 mile. Ample off road parking for up to 5 cars. Bicycle storage available on request. Sleeps 8 2 (small double sofa bed in the snug, suitable for 2 children or 1 adult). Please note that there are some steps between the ground floor rooms.

If you re looking to discover as many of the island s top attractions as possible, this home provides the perfect base to truly make the most of your stay; take trips to Osborne House, Blackgang Chine, The Needles, Carisbrooke Castle, Tapnell Farm Park, Yarmouth and Cowes, which are all within 15 miles. Step into this home to discover the incredible spacious design on offer. From the front entrance, guests can make their way immediately into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which all combine beautifully with the high ceilings and large glass panes to create a wonderfully light living space for friends and family to enjoy. The lounge contains two comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoy your favourite programmes on the Smart TV; there are a variety of board games for all to enjoy too, and perhaps get the warming wood burner crackling on a chilly evening. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you need, whilst the dining table sits all guests with ease. This home benefits from two downstairs bedrooms: one is a king size and the other is a twin room, and both bedrooms have the added perk of en suite shower rooms with WCs. Completing the downstairs is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are separate wooden stairways on either side of the barn; to the right of the entrance, the stairway leads to another twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a bath and a WC. The stairway at the other end of the barn will bring you through a snug room with a Freeview TV and a sofa bed that folds out into a small double, making it ideal for two small children. Just off this space is the en suite shower room with a WC. The snug space leads through to the master bedroom, with a super king size bed, and the two areas together can make a lovely family room with the use of the additional sofa bed. There is a terrace to the front of the property with an outdoor dining table, chairs and swing seat, and a lawn area to the side with expansive views. The property is set in the heart of fields and woodlands; a public footpath runs across one of the lower fields making it ideal for country walks. There is private off road parking for up to 5 cars..
