Two shared washing machines and a tumble dryer (operated by coin meter) are located in a separate laundry room. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Smart TV in lounge. Enclosed garden. Communal courtyard with benches, access to shared gardens including a water garden area with a pond and bridge. Private parking for 2 cars. Communal swimming pool, sauna and hot tub (allocated times apply and children must be supervised). Pub is a short walk away, is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and serves food at weekends and shop 5 miles. PLEASE NOTE This property is not suitable for parties due to being in a residential area and the owners kindly request that you consider the neighbours by keeping the noise down outside after 10pm.. There is a step into the property.

Within the village is a family run 18th century inn serving bar food and real ale, surrounded by endless walking and cycling routes over moorland and through woodland. Dalby Forest is 17 miles distant, or head to the coast (22 miles) and the possibility of strolls with gorgeous views or energetic hikes with dramatic scenery. This is an attractively furnished ground floor apartment. Other than the single step to get into the barn, there are no further steps. Heading through into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, the kitchen is fully equipped should you want to rustle up a hearty meal. There is a Smart TV in the lounge area so you can snuggle up on the sofa and watch a film in the evening. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin room, both with plenty of storage space, and a bathroom next door which has a shower over the bath. Externally, there is an enclosed garden and you have direct access out to a paved patio with benches where you can dine alfresco.
