If it s a beach holiday you are looking for, then look no further as this is a beach lovers' paradise with a good number of beaches within a few miles of the apartment. The town of St Ives is just a 1 mile walk and has plenty of independent shops and eateries, as well as a lovely harbour and a great art scene. For keen walkers, the South West Coast Path can be accessed via the communal garden and you can explore the rugged coastline with commanding views. After taking the lift or stairs down to the lower ground floor, drop off bags, coats and boots in the entrance hall and make yourself at home. Head through to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you will find a sociable space with comfortable seating, Smart TV and iPod dock on one side, and the dining area and a well equipped kitchen on the other.
